Neurological Therapy

Neurological rehabilitation is a supervised program for patients with diseases, trauma, or disorders affecting of the nervous system. Following neurosurgery, therapists work with the patient, family, and other professionals to improve the patient’s function, reduce symptoms, and improve well-being.

Conditions treated with neurological therapy may include vascular disorders, infections, brain and spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, functional disorders, and degenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and Alzheimer’s disease.
